Meet the Team
Joe joined Marsland Nash Associates in 2013 as a Payroll Administrator. Since coming on board, Joe has played an integral role in the considerable growth of the payroll department and, as such, was promoted to Head of Payroll in 2019 in recognition of his expertise and commitment.
Payroll has gone from strength to strength under Joe’s leadership, and in recognition of its success and expansion, the department was rebranded as a separate business – Marsland Nash Payroll.
As well as overseeing the expansion, Joe has been responsible for implementing numerous changes in legislation such as RTI and Pension Auto-Enrolment.
In 2025, Joe successfully completed his Foundation Degree in Payroll Management with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and now proudly holds the professional designation MCIPPdip.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and is a big football fan!

Joe Bostock
Shiphrah joined MNA in June 2024 and works within our Payroll Team.
Previously, Shiphrah worked as a tutor and trained as a counsellor, allowing her to spend two years working with clients and their complex needs.
Outside of work, she stays energised by roller skating, discovering books, and enjoying nature while walking her dog.
